Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. If you are under 16, you may not use the Service under any circumstances. Our Service provides various AI-powered tools, each with specific usage limits and capabilities: Text-to-Speech Service: • Daily limit of 3 conversions per user • Supports multiple languages and voices • Output can be used for commercial purposes Image Processing Tools (Background Removal/Blur/Black and White): • Combined daily limit of 5 operations across all image processing features • Maximum file size of 4MB per image • Supports common image formats (JPG, PNG, WebP) Content Generation Tools: • Includes Hashtag Generator and Content Idea Generator • Usage limits may apply and are subject to change • Generated content is provided for reference and inspiration Additional Services: • New tools and features may be added periodically • Usage limits and specifications for new features will be communicated upon release We reserve the right to modify these limits and features at any time to ensure service quality and prevent abuse.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to: Prohibited Activities: • Use the Service for any illegal purposes • Create or transmit harmful content • Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service Content Guidelines: • You may not use our Service to generate content that: - Promotes hatred or discrimination - Contains explicit or adult content - Infringes on others' intellectual property rights - Spreads misinformation or fake news - Promotes illegal activities - Creates harm or harassment to others We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these guidelines.

Content Ownership: • You retain ownership of any content you provide to our Service • Output generated through our Service can be used for commercial purposes • You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery Generated Content Usage: • You may use AI-generated content for commercial and non-commercial purposes • No attribution to Cliptics is required for generated content • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws Service Ownership: • All aspects of our Service, including software, design, and features, remain our exclusive property • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service • Our trademarks and brand features may not be used without explicit permission We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIPTICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. Service Interruptions: • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice User Responsibility: • You use the Service at your own risk • You are responsible for backing up your content • We are not responsible for any consequences of your use of the Service
