Users retain ownership of the hashtags generated through the Cliptics platform.

Usage for Commercial Purposes: You are authorized to utilize the output generated by Cliptics features for commercial use, and you have the permission to distribute or offer them to third parties for commercial purposes.

You agree not to engage in any prohibited use, including but not limited to using the Cliptics features for illegal or malicious activities, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the services.

Intellectual Property
Upon using the Services, you authorize Cliptics to showcase you/your organization as a Cliptics customer on the Cliptics website and/or marketing materials. Additionally, you grant permission for the inclusion of your/your organization's utilization of the Services in case studies.

Develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plug-ins and add-ons, or any other technology) to crawl the Services or copy profiles and other content from the Services data.
